Here is a overview of our process:

Step 1: Initial Consultation
To get started, call us at (919) 275-4518 or request a Schedule Consultation. We will gather details about your project, budget, and timeline, then schedule a site consultation for up to 30-minutes for the estimator to:

Step 2: Proposal and Agreement
Within 7-10 business days after the site consultation, we will provide a detailed estimate that includes:

Step 3: Estimate Changes (if applicable)
For any changes to your estimate, please contact our Client Services team via email ([email protected]) or phone (919)275-4518 . We will update your project estimate to reflect requested changes. |
Step 4: Scheduling
After signing and receiving the deposit of the approved estimate, we will coordinate with you to schedule the project. You will receive a start date and updates throughout the project from our Client Services team. |

Step 5: Plan and Execution
Our field team will conduct the work according to the agreed estimate, ensuring quality at every step. The field team will take 30 minutes to 1 hour to unpack and debrief each day. For any questions after this period, please contact the site foreman (wearing a blue shirt). Questions about project changes will be directed to Client Services. |
Step 6: Change Order for Mid-Project Changes (if applicable)
For any modifications during the project, please contact Client Services. Each change order is a base price of $200, change orders could have the potential to delay your project completion depending on changes. We will email a change order for approval before the field team proceeds with any project changes. This is our structured process to ensure efficient completion of your project. |
Step 7: Final Walkthrough
After the project is complete, our site foreman will do a walkthrough with you. Please provide feedback and let us know about any issues or special requests. Client Services will follow up with any further requests. |
